Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellations/reschedules.
Cancellations & reschedules must take place prior to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or you will be charged a 100% of the booked service.
Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive confirmation, your appointment time may be released and offered to another client.
